1. Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes, if you ordered online or provided us with an email address at the time of your order, you will receive an email automatically from us when we ship your order.
2. What are your shipping/handling charges? Prometheus Found shipping charges are based on the number
of shirts ordered. Our shipping/handling charges are as follows:
1 shirt - $4.95
2 shirts - $6.95
3 shirts - $8.95
4-6 shirts - $11.95
6-10 shirts - $14.95
Call for a quote for more than 10 shirts.
All prices above are for shipping in the continental US and all packages are generally shipped by USPS.
4. Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.
5. What types of payment do you take? Online, we take Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and eCheck. We also take money orders, certified checks, and cash. We will take personal checks, but we will wait 10 days after receipt for the check to clear before we process your order.
6. What sort of shirts do you use? We use a 5.4 oz 100% preshrunk cotton t-shirt that has a seamless collar, taped neck and shoulders, with double needle sleeve and bottom hem. We sell shirts we want to wear, good fit, high quality and durable.
7. What size should I order? The sizes shown are measuring length from the top to bottom of the shirt and width
across the shirt laying flat.

8. How do I cancel an order? If you have ordered apparel and wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, orders can be canceled any time prior to shipment. You can call Promeheus Found from 8-5 CST at 612.695.0069 or email custservice@prometheusfound.com. However, be aware that we typically ship orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same business day, so there is a short window of time for orders to be cancelled. Any orders canceled after shipment will need to be returned prior to refund and shipping charges will not be refunded.
9. How long does it take to get my order? In stock apparel orders placed prior to 12:00 noon CST are shipped on the same business day placed. Those orders placed after 12:00 noon or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Standard mail times from Minneapolis, MN to most of the continental US is anywhere from 1-6 working days. Expedited services are available upon request for an additional fee.
