Prometheus Found believes in giving back to the community as well as the principles behind organic, self-sustaining foods.
Because of this Prometheus Found donates 1% of all sales to Sister's Camelot.
Sister's Camelot is a collective that distributes free organic produce and dry goods to neighborhoods all over the Twin Cities. They also engage in Mutual Aid, lending their limited resources to activist groups, labor unions, neighborhood groups, or other non-profits. By meeting everyone's basic human needs (freely, with no strings attached) they hope to move beyond survival and begin to recreate a healthy, glowing community.
Their vision is
- A nonviolent world free from oppression, arbitrary borders, and the domination of individuals
- A global economy based upon cooperation between local autonomous communities
- An ecologically conscious world in which long-term sustainability takes precedence over material greed.
